Letter to the Editor – DeVoursney

Hi, my name is Justin DeVoursney a student at SUNY New Paltz. I would like you to vote for Bill Murray this coming Monday, May 2 in the New Paltz Village Trustee election. I have worked with Bill and can say he has our student’s best interests in mind as a member of the village and county planning boards, as a committee member reviewing and rewriting village laws that directly impact us living off-campus, as well as many committees he serves on. Also there’s no greater service to students living on or off campus than the volunteer work as a firefighter, of which Bill is one. I am a volunteer firefighter myself and know the work that is involved. It’s not easy and he risks himself for our safety. He is committed to all residents and has proven this time and time again. So vote for Bill.
