One of The Oracle members shares their culinary chops with you. Bon appetit!
Speaking as someone that actively gives herself a pat on the back when I am ABLE to eat three meals in one day; snack time is the best time. With my combination of an annoyingly fast metabolism and frantic act of juggling that is my schedule, I really don’t think I would survive without snacks.
However, because I eat so many snacks, my palate tends to get bored quickly. Thus, I have to admit that I am a high maintenance snacker.
But, I am also incredibly lazy, so I have to approach satiating my snacking desires with some degree of intelligence. My aunt’s cheese fondue recipe requires very little work, but is a truly magical snacking experience.
Here is what you will need:
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
8 ounces of sharp cheddar
12 ounces of Helluva Sour Cream and Onion Dip
Three-fourths cups of beer
Step One: Melt the cheese and the soup completely.
Step Two: Mix in onion dip and beer.
Step Three: Simmer until it reduces.
That’s all folks! Grab some of your favorite dipping materials and enjoy.
